Many companies have the best intentions to operate with purpose and impact but lack the time and resources to make this a reality. As a sustainability consultancy, this is where Fair Enough can step in, and help you build a business that really matters.
Founder, Heidi Florence previously worked in marketing, advertising and the fashion industry. Whilst these various roles were fulfilling in heaps of ways, sometimes the treatment of people and the planet just wasn’t fair enough. Frustrated with the inequality that is often intrinsic to the success of a typical business, Heidi studied the University of Cambridge Business Sustainability Management course and searched for alternative and more responsible ways to run a profitable business.
As a result, Fair Enough was born and exists to help businesses succeed at adopting an approach that’s profitable AND good for the world following the principles of B Corp and Organisation of Responsible Businesses.
Fair Enough recently supported Creature & Co., publishers of National Geographic Kids Magazine UK through B Corp certification.
Every business and industry is unique. Fair Enough takes a personal and bespoke approach to every sustainability solution.
A lack of time and available staff resources can be an issue for some businesses. This is where Fair Enough can provide a hands-on approach by working as a temporary member of your team to get new processes and policies implemented. Together, we can make effective change and get the work done!
Heidi belongs to various networks of sustainability consultants and purposeful businesses so if there’s a challenge that Fair Enough can’t fix alone, there will be other trusted consultants available for collaboration who can contribute.

Fair Enough joined the Better Business Act coalition because we believe the world needs every business at its best - creating good jobs, helping to fix pressing problems and adding value to society. This aligns with our values.
Fair Enough is joining 1000+ businesses calling for a straightforward legislative solution: the Better Business Act will amend section 172 of The Companies Act to ensure that company directors are responsible for advancing the interests of shareholders alongside those of wider society and the environment.
Our company is encouraged by the fact that the Better Business Act is a business-led campaign, driven by leaders who recognise that the law has fallen behind business culture and who have proven that this approach to business works for everyone. We believe that the Better Business Act is a unique opportunity to demonstrate UK leadership on the global stage – creating a competitive advantage, driving innovation, accelerating progress to net zero, and aligning with the government’s ambition to build back better.
